This is our 3rd scheme working with this client who create homes of distinction. This scheme includes the total refurbishment of the historical QVH building and the construction of new apartment blocks in the grounds. The developer doesn’t just build apartments, they build communities and do this by providing facilities and spaces for residents to congregate, make friends, relax and have fun.

With our experience of working in the serviced office sector, our understanding of how people use spaces i.e. lounges, gyms, meeting rooms, co-working and roof gardens, enables us to translate these spaces into I.T needs.
